**About The Role**:
Compass delivers community Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing (MH&EW) services and Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) across a wide range of geographical locations, including North Yorkshire, North East Lincolnshire, Barnsley, Wakefield, Coventry, Central & West Lancashire, Derby & Derbyshire & Birmingham.

Our services ensure Children and Young People (CYP) access the right help, at the right time, in the right setting, helping to remove duplication and avoid CYP/families being ‘bounced’ in between services.

Compass has a successful track record in early intervention health and wellbeing services for children and young people. We use a wide range of creative and dynamic methods of engagement, including digital interventions, across community and educational settings.

The role will support CYP and families providing extra capacity for early intervention support within all our Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing (MH&EW) services and Mental Health Support Teams (MHST).

**About You**:
You will work autonomously under indirect supervision within multidisciplinary teams. This involves the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of person-centred care for the child or young person. **This role will be fully remote**. Interventions, including group work will be delivered through digital means with children, young people and families.

You will work collaboratively with young people and their families incorporating the use of outcome measures for the intervention provided.

You will engage in activities that will utilise your skills, knowledge and abilities to deliver evidence-based interventions for children and young people with mild mild/moderate emotional wellbeing needs remotely and support children and young people who present with more severe difficulties rapidly access more specialist services.

You will hold a core professional and/or clinical qualification e.g. EMHP, CWP, PWP, Senior EMHP alongside post graduate experience working with children and young people and an understanding of the principles and practice of CBT and clinical supervision.

Applicants must have excellent communication skills and be able to network with other agencies as central to the role.**About Us**:
