With the ambition of growing from a single practice into a small private group we are looking for an experienced sales director to lead the business from a sales & marketing perspective. Your main role will be to develop the existing practice to reach its full potential by developing an effective and ethical sales strategy which will be implemented by the team of treatment coordinators.

Once established the aim is to duplicate & maintain the the proven strategy across all Dental By Design sites. We are looking for a very hands on manager who is able to lead by example. You will be expected to not only lead the treatment coordination team with strategy and motivation but also be able to complete the entire treatment coordinator role yourself.

Dental By Design is a modern, boutique, fully private dental practice based in Hammersmith, London and providing a wide range of treatments but with a focus on larger dental implant cases and full mouth rehabilitation.

**Salary**

**Summary of Job role**:

- Manage day to day sales in each Dental By Design practice.
- Maintain booking levels and revenue consistently.
- Ensure all practices are hitting target on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis.
- Develop expandable marketing and sales strategies.
- Train, motivate and manage new and existing sales & customer service team members to ensure they reach their maximum potential.
- Effectively communicate and strategize with all key business relationships especially the treatment coordinator team within the practice.
- Proactively be involved in business development growth strategies.
- Recruit new sales and customer experience members as required.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- 3 years' experience in a telesales/ sales based environment
- Incentivised by hitting key targets
- Proven sales track record in developing new business
- Organised with impeccable attention to detail
- Motivated to be successful
- Completed high school certificate or equivalent
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Competent level of IT proficiency
- Clear DBS check

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, W6 0BT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
