Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Supporting patients with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and feeding.
- Assisting in the implementation of care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Providing emotional support to patients and their families.
- Administering medication under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
- Assisting patients with mobility and physical activities.
- Maintaining accurate patient records using IT systems.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a care home or home care setting is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- A valid driving licence to travel between patient locations. if applicable
- Proficient IT skills for maintaining digital patient records.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 60 months

Pay: £10.88-£13.88 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 72 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
