Allstaff Office Services Division have partnered with our well-established client who are seeking a temporary Event Administrator for approx. 2-3 weeks (24th July - 14th August) at their Event location in Glasgow.

Duties of this role include:

- Recording of attendance
- Issue of wristband
- Issue and collection of Air Tags for Litter Pickers
- Issue of Location Cards
- Management of spare Accreditation Passes
- Cancellation of Accreditation Passes as required
- Sign off of Uniform issue
- Other duties are required

We are keen to speak with those who have experience in a similar Events Administrator position and who are proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Those who are highly organised, have strong attention to detail and a have a professional and friendly manner.
