**Your team**:
The People Change and Consultancy team in Flutter work closely with the PLT and wider people community to devise a robust process approach on design, planning and delivery of all people related change projects. You will partner and collaborate with the People team and key senior stakeholders throughout the UK&I division in all its locations, and in doing so will provide the blueprint for all people change activity. You will be pragmatic, commercially minded, agile in approach, aware of the cultural and different legal environments we operate in, whilst delivering at pace through your extensive Flutter network.
You will report into the People Director of Strategic Change, but your role will span beyond the Change and Consultancy team to support the delivery of the UKI Objectives through our people. You will be an integral part of the HR community, working closely with various senior leadership team members as a trusted partner and leader with vision in people change management as we seek to set up the frameworks and processes that enable future delivery.
As a key influencer, you'll have strong relationships with all key stakeholders, initially in the HR team, with PLT and Heads of People, as we establish new ways of working on change projects. You will build the environment and supporting infrastructure to deliver change in a positive and effective way, ensuring all our plans are aligned to deliver positive business outcomes.
**What you’ll do**:
- Own and translate the output from the alignment forum into the effective delivery of people programmes within your portfolio. You will develop and manage the people change delivery runway across a spectrum of projects, offering commercially led delivery options whilst balancing dependencies, managing risk, and ensuring any cost opportunities are tracked and realised.
- Create a framework which enables People Partners and other interested stakeholders, to update on the status of their projects, escalate risks or issues where appropriate. Fostering an environment which enables true collaboration and the co-creation of solutions that are deployed and owned by the people community and all relevant stakeholders.
- Take the lead on growing our capability and ‘best practice’ organisational design and change management, with the necessary frameworks and processes in place. Your lived experience of best practice change management and enhanced coaching skills will see you recognised as the ‘go to’ resource on our new ways of working.
- Develop a change management playbook across selected processes ensuring we deliver the right business outcomes and colleague experiences.
- Be the architect for best practice change, scanning the external horizon to grow your expertise such that you are actively sought out by the wider HR team to share your expertise. You should also utilise your existing knowledge, identifying process improvements, using for example, lean/six sigma methodologies that drive colleague centric practices whilst delivering business outcomes.
**How you’ll do it**:
- Utilising an agile methodology to manage a portfolio of complex work in an ever-changing environment with multiple senior stakeholders with unique needs and experience leading a people change portfolio.
- Engaging with multiple senior stakeholders, using a data driven approach to influence recommendations and alignment of approach. Being an advocate for our new ways of working, anticipating challenges/push back from Leaders as we drive towards our new ways of working.
- Experience of target operating model and organisation design including how to deliver the change to cost and time.
- Working as a thought leader to senior leadership teams in a complex matrix environment, with a consistent track record to influence delivering the right outcomes.
**What’s on offer**:
- £/€1,000 learning fund
- Twice-yearly bonus (with part of it guaranteed)
- Unlimited Holiday
- Pension contribution scheme
- Private healthcare
- Hybrid Working
- Access to thousands of Udemy courses
- Invest via the Company Sharesave Scheme
