Centre Coordinator

**Salary**: £25,000 basic salary + bonus
Location: South East London
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
Our client, a leading providing of flexible office spaces, is looking for a Centre Coordinator to provide front of house support to a busy building in South East London.
Key Responsibilities:

- Being the first point of contact for any visitors to the building and helping with any enquiries
- Assisting existing customers with enquiries and any needs they may have
- Booking meeting rooms and organising the meeting room schedule
- Guiding building visitors to the correct location
- Organising incoming post, ensuring it is distributed correctly
- Social media marketing for the building
- Organising customer events
- Providing exemplary customer service at all times
**Requirements**:

- At least 12 months of customer service experience
- Strong administrative skills
- Good understanding of basic IT, such as MS Office
- An approachable and confident personality
- The ability to think on your feet
- A team player
- Fluent in written and spoken English
