**Payroll Administrator - £23,000 - £25,000 - Full Time - Office Based**

This company has an amazing heritage and prides themselves on the care and consideration that they give to their employees, which is reflected in their fantastic team environment and generous employee benefits package.The **Payroll Administrator**position will sit within a small finance team reporting into the finance manager and head of finance. The **Payroll Administrator**position will be a full time, office-based opportunity.

**Responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator Role will include but are not limited to**:

- Preparation of weekly and monthly payment runs.
- Responsible for accurate and efficient storage of invoices and other financial information.
- Preparation of self-employed pay.
- Maintenance of accurate records for self-employed pay.
- Weekly processing of pay to self-employed personnel.
- Distribution of weekly invoices to self-employed personnel.
- Resolving pay related queries.
- Management of pay expenses and advances.
- Assistance with monthly reconciliations of pay related balance sheet accounts.
- Provision of other administrative support as and when required
- Other ad hoc tasks and analytics to support the objectives of the Finance Manager and Head of Finance.
- Previous Payroll experience
- Ability to take own initiative as well as working well within a team
- Strong administrative skills
