Safer Staffing Lead - Safer Staffing Team

We have an exciting opportunity for a Safer Staffing Lead to join our friendly and highly professional team, within our Safer Staffing Team department.

Reporting to the Lead Nurse for Safe Staffing we are currently looking for a proactive and self-motivated Nurse to join us.

Your primary responsibility is to ensure safe staffing across all areas of Salford Care Organisation and cross cover across Bury, Rochdale and Oldham Care Organisations. To promote the new implementation of the Electronic Rostering system across all four Care Organisations. Further implementation and maintenance of the acuity systems for inpatient wards, community nursing and Emergency Departments throughout the organisation. This will include the education and development of systems users as well as maintenance of the systems itself. You will work with Clinical Nurse Specialists to develop Job Planning. You will support the Lead Nurse on Safe Staffing reporting and help to coordinate the completion of the six-monthly establishment review processes. You will drive the use and uptake of acuity-based staffing models.
