The University has also entered into a new partnership with Greater Manchester Police and the University of Central Lancashire to further professionalise learning for police officers. The new collaboration will deliver innovative and high-quality victim-centred learning to new student police officers.

**So what will the role involve?**

You will report to School Project Manager and ensure that we are able to maximise our collective contribution to local health and social care workforce development. The role involves support for the delivery of Policing programmes, ensuring that our contractual commitments are met as well as the requirements of the various professional bodies to maintain targets and accreditation status. The role holder will support the tripartite agreement held between the Local Police Forces and our delivery partner UClan and ensure that all Policing students and staff have an excellent level of support across all aspects of the student journey. The main areas of responsibility are:

- to support all aspects of the Institute of Policing’s resourcing requirements, to create teaching and marking schedules and estates forecasting
- to support allocation of work according to teaching volumes, marking volumes and other known commitments and constraints
- to coordinate staffing allocation and availability of Institute of Policing staff in order to achieve service level objectives and contractual requirements

**The post is full-time for a fixed-term period of two years.**
