- Key Responsibilities:_
- Face to face interactions with parents, children and visitors to the Centre
- Maintenance of our childcare management system (Discover) - data entry, data audits, parent invoicing and payment receipts
- Answering and directing telephone calls, timely, accurately and professionally
- Daily and weekly reports and data collation as required by the Centre Manager
- Supplying information to our Support Office in line with daily and weekly reporting requirements
- Any other general admin-based tasks as required and requested
- About You:_
- Outstanding customer service ability - warm, friendly, and welcoming
- Tech savvy - you will have excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook in particular)
- Exceptional organisational and administration skills with a fastidious eye for detail
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work with good problem solving ability
- Flexibility, and a willingness to step in and support others as required
- Knowledge of WINZ funding entitlements and experience using a childcare management system is preferred but not essential
- You will need to be available to travel to the centres to complete various administrative tasks
