Head of Commercial Partnerships and Delivery will bring a strategic, cohesive approach to RCOT's commercial products and services to grow their income streams. You'll create and deliver an ambitious and sustainable commercial strategy, ensuring activitiesalign with RCOT's brand and values and deliver engaging content and excellent experiences for members and other stakeholders.

RCOT are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Commercial Partnerships and Deliveryto bring a strategic, cohesive approach to their commercial products and services to grow their income streams. You'll work with the Director of Brand andMarketing to create and deliver an ambitious and sustainable commercial strategy, ensuring activities align with their brand and values and deliver engaging content and excellent experiences for members and other stakeholders. Your remit will include theirmagazine and digital newsletters and bulletins, events and business development activities.

**Description**
- Lead the development and delivery of a cohesive, cross-RCOT commercial model and strategy for the future.
- Identify and develop new potential income streams to meet income generation targets.
- Develop commercial propositions, scope proposals and oversee 'go to market' strategies, establishing and working to robust product and service development processes.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and reports on tangible value added.
- Regular reporting on market conditions and competitor activity to inform strategic decision making.
- Oversee the production and delivery of RCOT's member magazine, ensuring editorial quality and member needs are balanced with effective income generation.
- Develop an RCOT event strategy and oversee implementation.
- Lead and empower your team to deliver impact for their members and colleagues.

**Profile**

Extensive experience of managing and developing commercial products in the field of commerce and/or procurement.

Significant experience in balancing income generation with delivering value for money and increasing engagement

Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders from start to finish and ability to translate strategic initiatives into operational plans.

Highly developed written and verbal communication skills including presentation and report-writing skills

Highly developed and confident interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence colleagues at all levels and provide advice and guidance to senior leaders

High levels of self-motivation, enthusiasm and passion for the professional field you represent Data-driven approach to decision making.
