Eteach Group is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Services/Account Management department as a Customer Success Administrator. As a Customer Success Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers.

**Overview**

Supporting the Customer Success Manager with a portfolio of customers, ensuring excellent customer support is delivered at all times. This will include; providing administrative support, expanding contacts and identifying revenue opportunities within existing accounts.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Continually seek out and identify new business opportunities and utilise social media to reach out to contacts.
- To deliver exceptional customer support to all Jobs customers, manage each customer's expectations and maximise the customer's satisfaction to ensure the successful growth of the Jobs brand and reputation.
- Administrative tasks such as; ensuring all vacancies added by customers are to the best standard and organising diaries for Customer Success Manager.
- Understand and implement the customer life cycle and plan ahead by identifying high-performing and underperforming customers and responding in a proactive and responsive manner to safeguard the Eteach customer base.
- To expand customer contacts within your customer base, developing relationships across the trust/colleges. Build strong and meaningful relationships with all your customers ensuring they continue and grow their investment with Eteach.
- To expand existing customers, spend through enhancements, incremental growth and by working directly with the Recruitment Specialist in your team.
- Maintain and update the internal CRM system daily to ensure all client information is accurate, up-to-date and shared successfully with internal and external teams.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
