Title: Customer Service Administrator

**Salary**: £22,000 - £24,000 (£1,000 bonus paid quarterly)

Contract: 12m FTC (Maternity cover)

Location: Bracknell

We are looking for confident Customer Service Administrator to support our client's small, established team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing of all orders in a timely and professional manner up
- Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
- Communicate with Logistics Support Operative for picking and packing the finished inventory
- Respond to customer's requests and enquiries for literature and materials support
- Provide cover in logistics during sickness and annual leave
- Processing of the company's customer complaints, warranty claims and product returns in compliance with company procedures
- Interact with accounting to maintain accurate customer accounting records

**Experience**:

- Relevant experience in similar role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Intermediate computer skills (Excel knowledge)
- Problem analysis and problem solving
- Adaptability to multi-task, prioritise, manage time effectively
- Works well under pressure
