**Job overview**:
This exciting opportunity is for a Clinical Lead and Team Lead role in the Respiratory Service, for West Cornwall. You will undertake a lead role in the planning, co-ordinating, delivery and evaluation of the respiratory service.

**Main duties of the job**:
This role will support the provision of a high standard respiratory service, performing advanced respiratory assessments of patients including those with highly complex presentations and from this formulate a diagnosis and treatment plan to be carried out as an autonomous practitioner. You will have an acquired highly specialist knowledge in respiratory care.

To enable an efficient respiratory service in the community and inpatient settings in order to:

- Enable patients to return or remain in their chosen/own environment.
- Facilitate early discharge from hospital.
- Oversee the delivery of the exercise component of Pulmonary Rehabilitation in West Cornwall.
