**Transport Administration Assistant**

Location - Camberley Depot - Riverside Way, Camberley, Surrey, GU15 3YL

Working Hours: Monday to Friday rotating shift 07:00AM - 17:00PM, (1hours lunch)

Annual Pay: £24,000

**Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)**:

- Support and liaise with Transport Department and Management, ensuring daily administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively to company standard
- Effectively plan workload on a daily basis
- Managing the in-house systems and databases (Gatehouse, CTrack, Ortec, AAIR)
- Ensure drivers hours are correct on the AAIR system so they correlate to timesheets
- Liaising with drivers regarding ongoing work
- Liaising with customers and any issues that may arise
- Deal with any queries that may occur throughout the day
- Administration of fuel and mileage consumptions and for Co2 emissions
- Ensuring all orders are documented
- Invoicing and issuing purchase order numbers
- General administration; filing, ordering of stationery, passes and PPE

**Person Specification**:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
- Management of stock control systems
- Proficient in Excel
- Reliable
- Work consistently to high standards of quality, health and safety
- Ability to set own tasks and enable completion of responsibilities
- Honest with high levels of integrity
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- Trustworthy
- Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
