The Business Services and Outsourcing team are essential to meeting our clients' evolving requirements. In the last 15 years BDO has grown the Global Payroll Services (GPS) practice into a separate P&L serving 75+ multinationals with a contracted order book of $100m+. This has been based on delivering consistently exceptional payroll services led by BDO in the UK and supported by 120+ in-country specialist teams across the BDO network and other expert providers.

GPS has grown both revenue and profits by 15%+ in every one of the last five years. During this period we have invested a significant proportion of these profits in our global coordination systems, ISAE 3402 attestated processes and most importantly our people. We now have secure foundations to double in size in the next five years.

We have recently united the service delivery and implementation delivery staff who coordinate services primarily supported and delivered on the IPPEX Global payroll software platform.

Reporting directly to the Partner and Principal who lead the client relationships, the objective of this role is to inspire and direct the teams in UK, Belfast, Mauritius and South Africa responsible for:

- Coordinating and managing delivery of a global payroll services to clients operating in multiple countries
- Implementing global payroll contracts across multiple countries
- Driving quality, budgetary discipline and efficiency from the recent reorganisation.

You will also have an important role in the GPS Senior Leadership Team working collaboratively with Directors, Partners and Principals. You will chair and drive business benefit from senior manager and also manager governance meetings cascading the policy and business objectives set by the Senior Leadership Team

**Qualifications**
- CIPP or international payroll equivalent
- Prince II or similar project equivalent
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar accounting equivalent
- MBA or similar first/second degree.
