**WHAT TO EXPECT**

The UK National Sales Company is responsible for twenty percent of Jaguar Land Rover’s global sales. This role is fundamental in driving customer demand and sales for Jaguar Land Rover products and services across the UK market along with oversight and performance management of our franchised Retailers.

As well as delivering against commercial KPI’s, the market must continuously adapt to changing customer behaviours and preferences, as they move increasingly into the digital space.

Technology has a vital part to play across the market landscape: helping colleagues better understand our customers through delivery of technology products and services, to providing a best-in-class support model to prevent business outages and ensure data privacy and security.

As Regional Digital Lead, you will have a key role to play, driving global and market specific technology change, providing consultancy, and supporting our digital transformation, you will be integral to the success of the region.

You'll also be responsible for the following:
Delivering change, leading regional projects across the full project lifecycle, leading internal and external team members.
- Acting as the ‘voice of the Market’, representing the UK Region within Digital and be the ‘voice of Digital’ representing the Digital function within the National Sales Company.
- Partnering with business and Digital teams to become recognised as a Trusted Advisor.
- Participating in global projects to ensure UK market specific requirements are considered.
- Pro-actively looking for opportunities to match business issues to existing technology solutions.
- Maintaining an overview on emerging technology trends and understanding their applicability to the UK market.
- Supporting the Senior Regional Digital Manager with annual budget planning and management.
- Supporting and inputting into the UK NSC’s transformation programme.
- Identification and sharing of technology best-practice throughout the UK NSC and across other Jaguar Land Rover Sales regions.
- Acting as a point of escalation for UK NSC colleagues and supporting timely resolution of issues and service outages.
- Deputising for the Senior Manager when required.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**

To be successful in the role you will need the following skills and experience:
You will need to be a Digital technical specialist with experience in solving complex business problems.
- Have excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and influence senior business leaders.
- Proven project management skills with an excellent track record of taking ownership of initiatives and evidence of delivery, despite challenges.
- Able to translate requirements to a business need requiring a technical solution, whilst equally able to understand where technology may not be the best option.
- Able to successfully manage third party suppliers, while demonstrating an understanding of commercial contracting and commercial models.
- Be an excellent collaborator with experience of bringing together cross functional teams.
- Able to work autonomously, prioritising workload and deadlines effectively.
- You will need excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to all audiences.
- Possess exceptional customer service skills.
- Have proven experience in working with external global third-party Managed Services Providers and software vendors.
- Have strong analytical, problem-solving, persuasion, and conflict resolution skills with a strong sense of urgency.
