Job Description: Telesales Agent - Solar Company

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Telesales Agent to join our solar company. In this role, you will be responsible for booking appointments for clients to conduct health and safety checks, as well as handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers who are interested in receiving a solar PV quote. This position requires exceptional sales and customer service skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to clients and schedule appointments for health and safety checks for their solar PV systems.

2. Handle inbound calls from customers who are interested in receiving a solar PV quote.

3. Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services to potential customers.

4. Effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy and our company's offerings to generate interest and close sales.

5. Maintain a high volume of calls per day while ensuring excellent quality and customer service.

6. Keep accurate records of all calls, appointments, and customer interactions in our CRM system.

7. Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve sales strategies and processes.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, solar technology advancements, and competitor offerings.

9. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred.

2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.

5. High level of self-motivation and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

6. Ability to effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks.

7. Proficient computer skills and experience working with CRM systems.

8. Knowledge or interest in renewable energy and solar power is a plus.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £241.50-£1,133.14 per week
