The Shore Group have been appointed on behalf a Design and Build Office Fit Out Contractor who are seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager to join their team.

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for making out-bound calls to both existing and new clients with the purpose of booking meetings to discuss their office fit out requirements. You will support the Director of Business Development to manage a team of Researchers and Business Development Executives whilst pursuing your own sales targets.

Due to the nature of the position, you will ideally match the following:

  • working for a D&B business with a focus on office projects (CAT A / CAT B or both)
  • of cold calling Landlords, Agents or Project Management Consultancies
  • background in Telesales / cold calling is essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create prospects and business opportunities by telephone, email, and social media
  • Responsible for developing a strong sales pipeline by the identification of key influencers and decision makers
  • Build relationships with Agents, Landlords, Project Managers, Cost Consultants and Professional Quantity surveyors
  • Market research and mapping
  • Responsible for managing personal KPIs and targets
  • Assist to manage and develop Researchers / Business Development Executives
