The SMB Group is a highly successful FE college, formed through the merger of Stephenson College and Brooksby Melton College. We are an innovative and highly responsive centre for education and training with campuses in Coalville, Melton Mowbray and Brooksby.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at the College for an Apprenticeship Recruitment Advisor. This role will be to ensure effective recruitment of apprenticeships to accomplish a high-quality service to employers and apprentices. This role will develop and manage an apprentice talent pool, whilst ensuring an outstanding and timely recruitment and enrolment process is achieved for employers. The role will also involve providing appropriate Information, Advice and Guidance to potential apprentices and employers to guide them through a robust and engaging selection and recruitment process.
