**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Peloton Studios operates 365 days a year to deliver both a broad offering of highly engaging subscription content and world-class boutique fitness offerings to our members. We are looking for an experienced professional for an exciting front-facing position reporting to our Assistant Manager of Retail and Cafe, that has a strong passion to deliver outstanding customer service and hands-on people management.

**YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON**
- People Management tasks etc. interviewing, hiring and onboarding of new team members.
- Scheduling and PTO management.
- Compliancy of POS systems
- Visual Merchandising of all areas to maximize sales opportunities
- Responsible for all saleable items to be loaded to CMS in timely manner
- Fully manage stock and inventory in both retail and the F&B site
- Work on elevating the current offering and always looking for opportunities to grow
- Work alongside Events ASM to eventise the space
- Work alongside the Lead of Retail to ensure all areas are working in harmony
- Cover Duty Manager shifts as required
- Full compliance of F&B spaces regarding local laws and regulations (responsible for daily, weekly, monthly checks)
- PCI compliancy of POS
- Menu to be updated to reflect offering available along with seasonal changes
- syncing with global team for consistency
- Manage inventory and weekly ordering, maximising profit and responding to member feedback
- Adhere to lookbooks and ensuring the space is always at standards required
- Ensure team are fully accountable for all open and close checks, updating these when necessary and reporting any discrepancies
- Be mindful on wastage and a champion for limiting this, monitoring wastage reports
- Be environmentally conscious about packaging and opportunities in cafe.
