Job Description

The Role:

Our client, a studio that is delivering truly holistic experiences within the world of design, are looking for a highly creative and enthusiastic Senior Interior Designer/Creative Team Lead to join their team in west London.


As the Creative Lead, you would be driving design and technical completion within fun hospitality sectors to bespoke high-end residential projects. You will also be responsible for supporting and motivating the team. With the studio fostering brilliant and imaginative, one-of-a-kind designs, the ideal candidate would be excited about entering a studio where craft, interior design and architecture come together through thrilling projects.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer who is creatively led and is seeking a new challenge. Our client’s offers hybrid and flexible working and their studio is within a bustling area of restaurants, cafes, and fellow design practices


Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead design projects from inception to completion, collaborating with the Creative Director and the team
  • Ensure creative excellence, and oversee photography on completed projects
  • Conceptualise and deliver residential and hospitality designs, ensuring client satisfaction through great verbal, visual and written presentation
  • Inspire and mentor team members whilst actively problem-solving, and participating in business development
  • Manage project setup, scheduling, and planning when overseeing the creation of design strategies and documentation
  • Direct the creation of design concepts, technical packages and specifications, ensuring alignment with client briefs and budget constraints
  • Lead site and studio meetings, manage project teams and budgets and contribute to team development


Key Skills:

  • Exceptional design portfolio showcasing expertise in hospitality and residential design
  • Blend of creativity and technical proficiency
  • Extensive experience in client-facing roles at a senior level
  • Thorough understanding of project setup, procedures, and processes
  • Proven track record of leading a team
  • Excellent verbal, visual and written presentation skills
  • Vectorworks experience is advantageous
