My client, a local law firm is looking for an experienced administrator to join their busy talent development team. Your position will be to provide administrative support throughout the department to ensure the smooth delivery of the firm’s learning programme.In return you will receive a competitive salary, excellent benefits and the opportunity to progress within rapidly growing business

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the administrative needs of the TD function
- Assisting with the administrative duties for the Firm’s annual continuing competence processes
- Working with the TD Advisor to administer training programmes
- Coordinating firm wide training activities and events as required
- Maintaining data on key TD spreadsheets i.e Development Plans, Professional Qualifications, Professional Memberships etc
- Experience within an administrative role, ideally within a Talent Development, HR or Learning & Development team
- Strong IT Skills, ideally you will have experience working with an LMS system.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
