Logistics Admin Assistant

Various parts of the role would include:
Creating invoices for the UK and our EU stores

Communicating with suppliers regarding orders

Arranging logistics to deliver to Europe and UK

Communication with accounts team

Creating documents for exporting and importing

General admin duties

Answering telephone to customers and suppliers.

This is a fast-paced working office and warehouse and would need to be able to manage your time effectively and complete tasks quickly and accurately and to be cost effective.

About you:
You should be able to work on your own initiative, work with the rest of the team in the office, be confident meeting key stakeholders in the business, have a great telephone manner and use your personality to engage with suppliers.

Experience in logistics is preferred.

Having an eye for detail to ensure documents are accurate is crucial to the role. Be confident in finding information and researching where necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-33 per week

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
