We have an opportunity to join our team in our Rochdale head office.

The role:
Researching venues for the company to attend around the UK

Confidently negotiating costs with venues

Arranging logistics and prearation going into a site

Organising and prioritising workload to fit demand

Completing health and safety records for us to attend a venue

Liaising with key stakeholders in the business to plan for staffing, stock and consumables.

About you:
Confident telephone manner

Keen eye for detail

Ability to carry out a task until its conclusion

Good communication

This is a fast paced working office and warehouse and would need to be able to manage your time affectively and complete tasks quickly and accurately.

This a challenging role who would need to be planned and organised and look ahead for future events, able to multitask various tasks at the same time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rochdale: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
