We currently have a **Business Systems Administrator **position available for a motivated individual to join our team in **Bournemouth. **Joining us on a **full-time, permanent** basis, you will receive a competitive salary of **£23,683 per annum **plus excellent benefits.

**About the role**:
As the Business Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the daily, weekly, and monthly preparation, processing and filing of various incoming and outgoing data files ready for the teams across the business to be able to perform their tasks.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Manage all external data interfaces (e.g., Payments, Meter Reading, & Finance files) to ensure accurate and timely data transfers
- Schedule processes to run at the required time in the week, month, year. (e.g., production of Direct Debit collection files)
- Maintain appropriate working relationships with related third parties to overcome difficulties and to ensure service levels are maintained
- Liaise with internal customers to resolve related issues and to inform them of any unexpected delays
- Correct bill and letter XML errors for successful processing of bill data through to digital and hardcopy print
- Accurately record the completion of daily, weekly, monthly tasks
- Handle IT support requests from the business

**What we are looking for**:

- Educated to GCSE, minimum of five grade A-C or equivalent
- Previous experience of working in a systems administration role is desirable
- Strong business acumen with ability to analyse data, identify associated trends and root causes of issues, implementing corrective action as and when required
- Strong communication, organisational, interpersonal and time management skills
- Able to communicate effectively and project a positive and professional image
- Ability to react to stressful situations with flexibility and diplomacy
- Enthusiastic approach, common sense, and attention to detail
- Keen enquiring mind, able to ‘think outside the box’
- Highly organised with excellent planning skills
- Able to work under pressure ensuring that strict timelines / deadlines are achieved
- Promotes effective team working to support the delivery of exceptional quality of service
