We are now looking for a Customer Care Specialist to provide a single point of contact for Customers, after the installation of VoCoVo systems, for all query handling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide incoming call support in relation to all Customer Care enquiries
- Customer satisfaction monitoring
- VoCoVo Care Document maintenance
- General and Tech Support ticket - low level troubleshooting
- Warranty Returns administration and triage
- Product Repair / Replace service triage and admin
- Service and Product quality improvements
- Product expertise and Knowledge Base Content Management
