**Job Description:**

We're seeking an experienced Homecare Support Specialist to join our team in Cheltenham. As a Care Assistant, you'll deliver high-quality care and support services to our clients, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.

**Annual Salary:** £25,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience) + benefits.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans for clients, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Collaborate with our care team to coordinate services and achieve outstanding client outcomes
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in client care
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
