Job Description
We are seeking motivated Care Support Specialists to fill shifts working in Cheltenham and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have recent work experience as a Support Worker, ideally with at least 6 months of service. A reliable car is preferred due to site locations. Current DBS on the online update service and up-to-date mandatory training certificates will expedite the hiring process.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate of £12.82 - £14 per hour. Consistent shifts and block bookings are available, along with online mandatory training provided. A dedicated recruiter will be assigned to ensure a seamless experience from application to placement.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a minimum of 6 months of recent work experience as a Support Worker. Having your own car is advantageous, given the location of certain sites. A current DBS on the online update service and up-to-date mandatory training certificates will also speed up the hiring process.
