With that in mind we’re looking for a **Service Delivery Assistant** also known as a, Facilities Assistant to help us as we do so at our site in **Raynesway, Derby**. This role will be a 9 month fixed term contract.

Are you a Service Delivery Assistant with good knowledge of Facilities Management and Property Operations / Estates Management? Are you confident that you have excellent customer service skills? Are you IOSH qualified and do you enjoy dealing with customers / stakeholders on a daily basis?

**EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW**

It's a great opportunity to join our Health, Safety, Security & Estates Department. In this role you’ll provide the highest standard of colleague and visitor experience through management of the reception, and make sure that every visitor to site feels welcomed and is properly inducted into the site. You'll ensure site security and the safety of our colleagues on site, is always maintained to highest standard and will support the Service Delivery Leader with any site-specific requirements or events and you'll be the point of contact for the relevant offices / property assets on operational works.

You'll carry out relevant reactive and planned work tasks to cover all property operations service areas required so it would be great if you have knowledge of planned preventative maintenance and reactive work. Where property related issues arise you'll be expected to understand the action required to resolve the problem directly or using our supply chain partners.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE**

You'll need to be able to use IT systems. It goes without saying you’ll have excellent communication skills and demonstrate the ability to influence colleagues of all levels effectively. You'll have strong organisational skills and you'll be able to work on own initiative.
