Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

**What are we looking for?**
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all guests
- Assist in handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, adhering to our client’s policies and procedures
- Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction and retention.
- Provide guidance and support to the housekeeping team, encouraging teamwork and fostering a positive work environment
- Assist in supervising housekeeping operations effectively
- Collaborate with the housekeeping department to ensure timely room turnovers and maintenance of room cleanliness standards
- Monitor and track room status and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals
- Assist in maintaining housekeeping supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring an uninterrupted workflow for the housekeeping team
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in serviced accommodation or hotels
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends on shift and respond to occasional out of hours communications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with operations management software
- Fluency in English
**Salary**: From £15.00 per hour
