Front Desk Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
- Greeting visitors in a hospitable manner, high level of customer service required.
- Checking-in and checking-out guests, accepting and filing new bookings, amending or verifying existing bookings, processing payments.
- Answering and directing incoming calls, assisting with guest queries.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Arranging taxis.
- Helping guests in booking local attractions or tours.
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Maintaining a neat and orderly front desk area.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Performing basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Helping with luggage if needed.
- Respecting hotel dress code.
- Respecting strict lateness policy.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (required)
