**Job Role: Customer Service Administrator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responding to Customer enquiries.
- Setting up customer accounts on the internal system, detailing all information on the applicable site(s), and providing as much information to ensure the contract can run as smoothly as possible.
- Liaising with both internal teams, and external customers to make sure we have the correct information to be able to meet customer expectations.
- Dealing with contract renewals, contract invoicing and the activation of new contracts.
- Management of daily portals to support the smooth running of our service contracts.
- Providing Excellent Service: Ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer service
- Administrative Tasks: Performing administrative duties such as data entry, managing customer accounts, updating customer information, and generating reports.
- Adhering to Policies: Following company policies and procedures, including privacy and security guidelines, to protect sensitive customer information.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and inhouse systems.
- You will have experience of working with multiple IT systems (Outlook, Microsoft & CRM's) and have a good attention to detail skills, as you will be responsible for ensuring data is accurately entered to ensure a smooth running of all Service Contracts.
- You will work as a team and have experience of working to targets, both as an individual and as part of a team.

This is a full-time role Monday to Friday based in the Washington office in the Northeast of England.
