**About the Job**

The purpose of your role is:

- Managing our customer experience journey, including customer complaints and resolutions
- Booking customers in and arranging their vehicle collections and returns
- Liaising with our drivers and managing the transport diary
- Answering and making phone calls
- Updating insurance companies
- Updating computer systems/portals
- Ensuring daily KPI targets are achieved
- Creating job packs and associated admin
- Supporting other sites in the region when required

**About You**

You will have previous experience working in a customer service focused role, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

You will also have significant administration skills, with experience in MS Office, and be a quick learner on compute systems.

You will be able to work well in a team as well as autonomously, be self motivated, and have a good understanding of the local area for transport logistics.
