Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and support the store's day-to-day operations in Washington, United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with product selection.
- Provide product knowledge and advice to customers.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
- Maintain the store's visual presentation and stock levels.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
- Ensure a clean and tidy store environment.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the store management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems.
