We are seeking an experienced Facilities Assistant to work for an International Law firm based near Bank tube station. This is a full time permanent position.

In this position you will report into the Facilities Manager and your duties will include; dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, printing, binding, scanning and laminating materials, dealing with couriers, managing stationary and office supplies, assisting with office desk moves and setting up meeting rooms, assisting with printing/copying support and site maintenance.

For this position we are seeking an experienced facilities assistant who has worked within a legal or professional services background before. You must also have a professional and positive can do attitude, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, have the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities, have excellent communication skills, written and verbal, have great team work ability, maintain a calm and professional manner in high pressure situations.

For this position we are seeking someone with 12 months minimum facilities assistant experience. The position will require the successful applicant to work shifts of either 8-5 or 10-6.

This position is to work at a company with beautiful modern offices and offers a fantastic salary and incredible benefits
