We currently have a wonderful opportunity for a full time receptionist; working Monday to Friday at our head office in Torquay.

The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and professional customer focused reception and telephone service, carrying out administrative tasks and general office duties as required to support the smooth running of the office.

The position is Monday to Thursday, 8.45am-5.15pm, and Friday 8.45am-4pm.

**Who we are looking for**

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Good administration skills

Ability to work independently, remaining focused and motivated

A ‘can do’ positive attitude

IT literate, with the confidence to learn new systems and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
