We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic administrator to work within 0-19 Children and Family Services Senior Management Team.

The postholder will provide high quality administrative support to the 0-19 Professional Lead to effectively support the quality elements of the service.

On a day to day basis, the Admin Team Coordinator will undertake a variety of duties including but not exclusive to; setting up meetings, minute taking, formatting documents, including policies, monitoring and updating databases and spreadsheets.

The postholder will need to have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise their own workload, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and advanced level of experience in using Microsoft Office Programmes such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

The 0-19 Public Health Nursing Service is a Hampshire wide service and the postholder will be expected to travel across Hampshire to attend meetings and training. Therefore, it is essential for the postholder to have use of their own car with business insurance.
