We are seeking a highly motivated administrator to join the Student Administration team within Academic Services. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across BU and have excellent team working, communication and organisation skills. This role will be key in supporting areas of the Student Lifecycle such as third-party degree verifications, exams, enrolment, graduation, and issuing certificates and transcripts.

The role requires an excellent team player who is patient, friendly, organised and efficient. You should have a strong record of providing excellent customer service and very good attention to detail.

**This position does not meet the eligibility requirements for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Route within the UK Visa and Immigration service’s **Points Based System**. Therefore, BU will not be able to sponsor individuals who require permission to work to carry out this position.**

**This position is available part-time for 29.6 hours per week (0.8 FTE).**
