Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Jobshop UK Limited. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and document management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other administrative duties as required, such as preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position, working 18.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be comfortable with the fast-paced and dynamic environment of a busy office.
