We are now looking for a Patient Support Administrator to join our team in Exeter on a permanent, full-time basis working 37.5 hours a week over four days.

**The Role**
Placing patients onto the appropriate waiting list, you will manage and process referrals into our service, work with clinical leads to optimise the patient journey, and ensure we meet the needs of every patient.
Additionally, you will implement ways to reduce waiting times to promote patient satisfaction and document processes to ensure they can be used throughout our organisation.
**About You**
To be considered as a Patient Support Administrator, you will need:

- Experience of communicating with people from differing lifestyles
- Experience in dealing with the public
- The ability to remain calm in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to undertake further training as necessary
- A good level of education to at least GCSE level (or equivalent)
Ideally, you will have excellent database administration and typing skills.
Please note this is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week over four days, between 8.00am - 6.00pm.
