We are now looking for a Clinical Support Administrator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours over four days.

The Role
As a Clinical Support Administrator, you will undertake a range of administrative duties to support the efficient flow of patients through the triage service.
You’ll provide a remote service, increasing our capacity for clinical support by enabling patients to utilise Telecare technology.
**Additionally, you will**:
- Mail booking and validation letters
- Maintain and update the department database
- Provide information about appointments to patients
About You
To be considered as a Clinical Support Administrator, you will need:
- Experience in a public facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A good standard of education with GCSEs or equivalent
