Quality Facilitator

We are looking to recruit a Quality Facilitator who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
This exciting new quality role requires an individual with energy, enthusiasm, an eye for detail and an understanding of how governance functions across clinical teams within an NHS organisation. The focus of the role is to support the improvement of patient safety and effective governance across the division. A passion for patient safety is crucial to success in this role, as well as a willingness to learn, to question and to challenge. This is a continually evolving role and therefore flexibility and adaptability are essential.

Support the delivery of governance functions within the division, with a focus on risk and incident management.
Provide admin support for the divisional Mortality and Morbidity meetings.
Support and attend divisional and Speciality Governance Meetings when required, assisting in the production of papers and governance reports, and support with progressing actions.
Support the division throughout the Patient Safety Incident Framework (PSIRF) transition period and thereafter.
