Here at GXO Logistics, we’re recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to provide exceptional support to our Customer Services Team on our Virgin Media contract. You will be responsible for carrying out a varied workload across numerous Customer Service and Administrative tasks. T**his is a fixed term, 6 month, part time contract, working 20 hours between Monday - Friday.**

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £25,000 per annum, prorated. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Arrange bookings and service requests whilst having daily contact with customers and suppliers
- All general administrative tasks and duties including hotel bookings, coordinating training requirements, invoice and PO raising etc
- Be the central point of contact for the Virgin Media GXO team

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Proven exceptional customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comprehensive computer skills including Excel
- Ability to investigate and solve problems
