Service Advisor - Wellingborough - up to 25k per annum plus bonus

Intercounty Mercedes Truck & Van are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to work for our busy dealership based in Wellingborough

Intercounty Truck & Van Ltd has been a successful Mercedes-Benz franchise for 20 years, covering Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire with dedicated commercial vehicle dealerships to support our customer base.

Whether you run a single van or hundreds of trucks, Intercounty has the expertise across a diverse customer portfolio to offer the best service.

As the Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

- Greeting customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner
- Checking in vehicles, including entering customer and vehicle information on internal software
- Creating quotations for customer on repairs and works, ensuring the customer is happy
- Arranging vehicle pick up date, time method and location with the customer
- Monitoring repair and works status, keeping the customer up to date
- Explaining and handing over the repair and work details to the workshop team
- Performing visual inspections of vehicles before and after any works conducted
- To undertake general administrative duties to ensure the smooth flow of work within the Customer Service and Workshop teams

As the Service Advisor, you will have the following:

- Experience in the automotive sector desirable
- Experience in a customer contact and customer support position
- General IT Skills including Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
