**Part Time Self Storage Customer Advisor Position, 30 hours**

We have an excellent achievable commission package. Starting OTE available is £19,190.00. Last year our Customer Advisors took their basic wage from £11.44 an hour to an average achieved £12.20 an hour.

The Customer Advisor role is merely a stepping on point as we need staff we can fast track to higher positions within the company. With rapid expansion comes a need for rapid promotion

**Shifts across** Monday - Sunday. _(with 3 days off TBC, 2 days together min)_

**Start Date: June**

**We are looking for**:

- A well presented, sociable and enthusiastic person is required to assist with the day to day running of our Kettering Self Storage Facility (holiday cover at neighbouring branches is required from time to time).
- You will be the first point of contact for both new and existing customers.
- The job is situated within a relaxed but professional small team and in a pleasant environment working with nice colleagues and customers.
- You will be primarily tasked with ensuring the facilities operate to their most efficient level whilst at the same time displaying a “can do” positive and pleasant attitude with all customers and colleagues.
- This will involve selling storage units and related products as well as general upkeep / cleaning of the facility for our customers.
- **Progression opportunities based on performance.**
- There is a generous bonus scheme in place in addition to the basic salary.
- 4 weeks holiday entitlement + your birthday off.
- **Rate: £11.44 / hr**
- **OTE: Up to £19,200**

**Professional Skills**:

- Keyboard / IT Skills such as Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written.
- Experience of sales procedures being set and achieving targets.
- An understanding and experience of health & safety procedures.

**Personal Skills**:

- Can demonstrate excellent customer service skills through a helpful and “can do” attitude.
- Self motivated, flexible and able to work as part of a small team or alone.
- Of smart appearance.
- Highly punctual and excellent attendance record.
- Able to act off own initiative.
