An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Key Accounts Coordinator to join the team at our Southampton Asbestos Branch
**Purpose & Main Duties**
- Liaise with and develop ongoing relationships with key clients allocated in order to deliver asbestos sampling / asbestos removal / minor re-instatement works in a timely and competent manner
- Maintain and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as set by the Company or client.
- Liaise directly with the company’s Asbestos Removal Division in order to facilitate the delivery of a range of site services.
- Liaise with Clients, arrange for quotations to be provided for different projects, invoice jobs and make sure all works are carried out to a high standard.
- Undertake the booking of site attendances, covering factors such as site surveyors, removal and thermal insulation operatives, access equipment, and third party analytical attendances etc.
- Ensure that all reports, and technical letters issued by the Division are both technically accurate and comply with the company’s quality requirements.
- Maintain electronic project databases.
- Ensure that wherever possible site staff are made aware of the complete overview of Shield Services Group’ commitment to Health & Safety.
