We aim to deliver excellent musical tuition in a warm and family friendly environment where children and their parents feel welcome, safe, and encouraged to fulfil their potential. As the first point of contact, you are pivotal in setting the scene for this learning to happen. Queries on lessons, instruments, or any aspect of the running of the school will be channelled through you whilst the Centre is open. You will be well supported by the Centre Business and Admin Manager, and a team of wonderful musical teaching staff, as well as the Regional Manager who has overall responsibility for this Centre.
You will begin each day setting up for lessons as well as taking note of any parents who wish to stay for lessons with their child, and ensure we comply with all fire safety regulations. You will check that rooms are ready for teaching to begin with adequate seating and available equipment. At the end of the evening, you will ensure everything is put back as it was and lock up securely. There are strict protocols in place for locking up and returning keys to keep everyone safe, and the Centre secure.
If you enjoy listening and interacting with people and can converse with both children and adults alike and have some knowledge of administration and health and safety protocols, we would like to hear from you.

Leave work each day with a different theme tune going round your head, knowing that your warm welcome helped those students feel inspired to create wonderful music.
**Hours for the role**:Monday - Thursday 4pm - 5:45pm, and Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm
**Closing Date**: 10th December

**English Fluency**:The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post (for those whose language is a signed language the provision of a sign language interpreter who speaks English to the necessary standard of fluency will be required).
