Option A have currently got a **permanent opportunity **at our client's factory in **Kelso**

**Job Role - Office Admin**

As an office admin with our client, you will have a range of responsibilities including:

- Creating invoices
- Stock ordering
- Creating drawings
- Using Lateview system to monitor orders/intakes
- Using OneFile
- Helping with payroll

**Working Hours**

Usual working hours are:
Monday to Thursday 8AM - 5PM

Friday 8AM - 12PM

**Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience.**
