SALARY DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE
Rennie Welch are a forward-thinking company looking to recruit a receptionist/administrative assistant at our Kelso Office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who possess excellent customer service skills and is confident dealing with clients and visitors both in person at the reception desk and over the telephone.
Responsibilities will include:
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Answering telephone calls politely, quickly and efficiently
- A variety of administrative duties
- Providing administrative support
Applicants should have the ability to communicate at all levels in a polite and friendly manner. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous reception experience is preferred, however training can be given for the right person. Good organisational skills is required with the ability to multitask. Competitive salary dependent on experience. Generous holidays.

**Salary**: £17,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
